Mr. Trösser has been working internationally as a management consultant and interim manager for transformations and turnarounds in medium-sized companies and corporations for over 10 years. He successfully manages projects worldwide, including in the USA, South America, India, China and Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Australia and various European countries.
When major financial improvements are necessary in the short term in opaque initial situations, he assumes responsibility for implementation and results for his clients' problems in special operations.
In addition to the track record in the area of restructuring, he supports companies on the topics of corporate financing, M&A, and corporate real estate. Here he can draw on several hundred million euros in transaction experience.
Mr. Trösser studied at the EBS European Business School in Germany and the Marriot School of Business in the USA. After successfully completing his studies, Mr. Trösser worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in the Competence Center Corporate Performance. In 2011, Mr. Trösser founded his own management consulting company and to this day runs it successfully alongside several advisory board mandates from rapidly growing and successful companies, such as the Hagedorn Group.
