Values Foundation

Since 2021, we have been actively supporting the work and projects of the Werte-Stiftung (Values Foundation) with KEYPLAYER as one of six values partners, as well as personally with our team and network. We share, live, and uphold core values such as PERFORMANCE, TRUST, RESPECT, HONESTY, TRANSPARENCY, SUSTAINABILITY, and RESPONSIBILITY as an integral and important part of our corporate DNA and culture. Consequently, these values are also reflected in our values compass, which guides our actions.
In addition, we actively support the mission of promoting a society in which values are firmly anchored and serve as a guide for us all. This year, role models for value-oriented action will be honored for the 10th time in Frankfurt's Paulskirche; we are delighted that, as a values partner and supporter of the Values Foundation, we will once again be able to participate in the Values Foundation's award ceremony in the Paulskirche alongside impressive and exemplary personalities.
Another topic close to our hearts, given that many former competitive athletes are part of our team, is one we have personal experience with: Together with Deutsche Sporthilfe, the Wertestiftung supports top athletes in the challenge of building their athletic and professional careers in parallel. To this end, members of our team also take on mentoring roles (athlete mentoring) for selected top athletes as long-term companions. The program is evaluated by the German Sport University Cologne. The founder of KEYPLAYER, Sebastian Bretag, once said: „In my own competitive sports career, I met many intelligent, value-conscious, and seasoned personalities who, like me, had to ‘stumble their way to the top’ without academic parents, without a network, without a mentor, without financial support—but not every young person has made the leap and been able to realize their potential in a second career; This is a human tragedy, and it can be improved with just a few measures to bring these talents, with the virtues they have gained in sports, into our companies and society as value-oriented people and high performers.“

As a member of the German Economy Foundation (SDW), we are delighted to be able to accompany and support high-achieving and committed students and doctoral candidates, thereby contributing to the development of urgently needed future KEYPLAYERS in the German economy.
Some members of our team were themselves supported by the SDW's talent promotion program and now have a major impact on the positive development of KEYPLAYER with their commitment and intelligence. That is why we are happy to give back and get involved for the next generation.
We look forward to helping shape the promotion of talented students at the Klaus Murrmann Study Support Foundation.

KEYPLAYER on Ice
Ice hockey is a sport that combines performance, speed in the legs and head, team spirit, and fighting spirit. It should be emphasized that in ice hockey, players can usually only stay on the ice for a little over a minute at a time, and the respective temporary lineup (block and line changes) and skillful, appropriate substitutions can make all the difference and decide a game—similar to the substitution of a situationally appropriate (interim) manager, who can also become a KEY PLAYER. Here and on the ice, we feel connected to the motto: „Substitute and score immediately“.
In sports, we have been supporting EC Adler Kitzbühel in the professional and junior sectors for a few years now. It is great to see how, here too, a friendly, committed team with a lot of passion, performance, and entrepreneurial spirit has embarked on a path of sustainable success in recent years and created structures that include one of the best integrated junior development programs in the country today. An exemplary commitment, not only in competitive sports. This and the people involved have already impressed us greatly in the past, so we spontaneously decided to become active sponsors of the Adler and their KEYPLAYERS in professional and junior sports with a team event.
AllBright Stiftung
Since our KEYPLAYER X CHANGE event on the topic of “Diversity and High Performance – Two Pillars of Modern Corporate Management,” we have been supporting the AllBright Foundation.
The AllBright Foundation is a non-profit foundation based in Stockholm and Berlin. It advocates for more women and diversity in leadership positions in business. The goal is to achieve equal career opportunities for men and women and better business results through diverse, modern management teams. Gender equality is not only a matter of fairness, but also strengthens the profitability and competitiveness of companies. AllBright presents facts, raises awareness, and calls for action.
