The first 10 years of his career were in a technical environment (Head of Production and Technology). Later, in international medium-sized companies and corporations, generalist tasks were added. There, Mr. Dransfeld was entrusted with organizations that were not performing successfully as CEO, CTO, COO or CRO. His profile is rounded off by 2 years of consulting experience and foreign assignments in the regions of Europe, Asia and the Americas with various secondments and permanent stays on site.
Axel Dransfeld himself is an Operations and Turnaround Manager with heart and soul and likes to take responsibility for the organizations entrusted to him. He is also an enthusiastic engineer.
