Oliver Dahms is a true logistics expert - in demand both nationally and internationally. Sent to Germany as the first “man” by Jeff Bezos, he was the first Operations Manager at Amazon in Germany and played a key role in developing logistics at Amazon back in 1999, setting milestones in terms of customer satisfaction and performance.
Later, as an internationally recognized logistics expert and top manager for critical logistics projects in medium-sized companies and corporations, he was entrusted with well-known lighthouse projects in logistics, most recently the construction of one of the most modern and largest logistics centers in Europe. Prior to this, he was a top manager and managing director of fast-growing companies, particularly in the e-commerce sector, and helped them to achieve pole position in their segments. This includes the development of logistics and supply chain networks to realize growth plans as well as the conception of robotic systems to increase the performance of intralogistics and the takeover of the management in medium-sized logistics. In addition, he passes on his knowledge of logistics and e-commerce to the next generation at universities throughout Germany.
