Mr. Seiz has held leading positions in the sports and fashion industry for more than 30 years. His responsibilities and areas of expertise range from collection creation and design, development and procurement to delivery and marketing. Among other things, Reiner Seiz spent more than 20 years at Puma in various management positions and was jointly responsible for the turnaround of the brand and Puma's development into a leading sports and lifestyle company. As Chief Supply Chain Officer, he was a member of the Puma Executive Board for many years. The more than 400 international employees, most of whom were directly selected, hired and managed by him, guaranteed the worldwide establishment of a development and procurement network that still exists at Puma today. Over the years, Mr. Seiz developed a good instinct for selecting the right employees for any (management) position and thus built up a large network of contacts. Since leaving Puma, Mr. Seiz has been supporting various companies in the industry with his knowledge and experience.
