Rodrigo Custodio built his career in the automotive industry and consulting, delivering and supporting significant projects across all major economies in North and South America as well as in several European and Asian countries.

For more than 15 years, Rodrigo has worked as a management consultant and has led over 200 mandates in strategy, M&A, and transformation projects. In industry, he also took on interim management roles, including CEO positions and line management roles in the automotive sector. At the request of his clients, he also began leveraging his network and deep business understanding to coordinate executive search processes and fill interim management positions.

At KEYPLAYER, he contributes his hands-on approach along with extensive functional breadth and depth to effectively meet the needs of our clients in North and South America. He relies on his strong network and clarity in recommendations. Rodrigo spends most of his time between São Paulo, Mexico City, and Miami.
