Ursula Radeke-Pietsch brings decades of expertise in structured finance, credit portfolio management, auditing, treasury, M&A & corporate finance and was responsible for the Siemens Group's global capital market strategy and global financing activities until 2025.
Furthermore, as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Group Treasury (global head of Corporate Finance and Treasury), Ursula Radeke-Pietsch built up the entire Corporate Finance and Group Treasury area for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA in Bilbao, Spain, from 2017 - 2020, which included liquidity and risk management, all capital market activities, treasury, pension and insurance management such as M&A and investor relations. She also drew up global governance standards for the finance division and optimized the capital structure and external rating.
Until June 2025, she was Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board at Hello Fresh SE for 10 years and is currently a member of the Supervisory Board and Chairwoman of the Audit Committee at momox SE and Investment Advisory Board Member at Sophora Unternehmerkapital. She also holds various advisory board mandates at AIAYN, BB Jobportal etc.
Most recently, Ursula Radeke-Pietsch was Global Head of Strategic Projects at Siemens AG, Munich, where she was responsible for global M&A projects, led and managed the digitalization process and ESG initiatives for the Group's corporate finance division. Today, she is a partner at Transforce Partners, a consulting boutique for corporate finance, M&A, debt advisory and digitalization topics in the B2B/SaaS sector and industrial technology such as AI, IoT, cybersecurity, etc.
She holds two state exams in business administration and computer science from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich.
