Consumer goods, lifestyle, fashion, retail and digitalization are the worlds in which Dr. Astrid Jagenberg is at home both as a decision-maker and as a consultant.
In the first part of her professional career, her focus was on optimizing existing processes, structures and business models in retail and fashion companies. She led the development and implementation of new business concepts and was responsible for the introduction and expansion of e-commerce activities, structures and processes, both in Germany and Eastern Europe.
In the next phase of her career as a human resources consultant at Egon Zehnder, she supported owners, advisory boards and board members in finding suitable managers. In addition to the traditional personnel search, she relied on individual executive assessments to further develop existing managers.
Today Dr. Astrid Jagenberg shares her wide range of experience from both areas. As an executive advisor, she acts as a reliable sparring partner for her clients in the areas of strategy development, digitalization, management evaluation and for personal reflection and further development.
