Dr. Gunnar George has more than 25 years of experience at the highest management level (CEO, CFO, Chairman of the Board) in operational and strategic management. In this position, he represented well-known, internationally operating retailers in DACH and CEE for many years and achieved proven success in restructuring, transformation and reorganization in terms of earnings, market share and brand awareness as well as in the revitalization of existing locations.
In addition, Dr. Gunnar George has extensive expertise in the field of real estate development and has assisted various companies, family offices and entrepreneurs in the development of large-scale projects and the expansion of their real estate portfolios.
Dr. Gunnar George is not afraid to think outside the box and is always on the lookout for new opportunities to develop, restructure, optimize and expand a business.
Dr. George studied industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering at the TU Berlin and completed his doctorate at the BTU Cottbus at the Chair of Accounting and Controlling on the use of key figures in project management. As a former pentathlete and decathlete, he has learned that you can only be successful if you are disciplined, focused and willing to achieve your goals.
