For more than 20 years, Lothar Stadler has dedicated himself to the sales and business development of high-tech products. As an interim manager, he supports clients worldwide in the implementation of innovation programs and sales transformation, specializing in customer value propositions, sales processes, building global partner networks and new digital sales tools.
As Head of Sales and member of the global leadership team at a mechanical engineering company, he was responsible for global sales, sales channels and new business models. By leading cross-cultural teams, Lothar was instrumental in making this company an innovative and successful global champion in the heavy machinery and rail industry.
Lothar combines a technical education with a degree in International Marketing & Management and received a PhD from WU Vienna. His numerous stays abroad have taken him to Mexico, France, Africa and Asia. He is a lecturer, mentor for startups and a frequent speaker at international conferences.
After a global career in a family business, he spent some time out in California with his family at the beginning of 2020 and immersed himself in the tech and start-up scene in Silicon Valley. Back in Austria, he founded explorvent, combining the fast-paced digital world with traditional companies. Lothar Stadler lives in Vienna, loves outdoor activities and classical music.
