Beirat
Tina Kleingarn has 20 years of experience in corporate finance consulting in both large investment banks and others. Goldman Sachs and Barclays as well as as part of their consulting boutique Westend Corporate Finance, founded in 2013.
Since 2013, Ms. Kleingarn has focused on advice and hands-on support in the preparation of company sales and IPOs, or ‚Exit Readiness‘ for short. She trustingly acts as a ‘sparring partner‘ on an equal footing with her clients.
In addition to her consulting work, Ms. Kleingarn has been working as a supervisory board member in listed companies since 2016 and brings in particular her experience in the areas of capital markets, M&A/financing and ESG.
Tina Kleingarn studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and at Hitotsubashi University (Tokyo, Japan) with a focus on financing, banking and organizational theory.
In your youth, as a competitive athlete, you successfully achieved third place in field hockey in 1995, among other things, in the European Cup with your then Spanish team Aldeasa Valdeluz.
