Ms. Carla Swayne has more than 10 years of experience in personnel consulting and as an executive. During this time, she was responsible for the growth of the interim management segment in Germany at a leading global personnel consultancy and for the establishment of a location at a market competitor.
In recent years, Ms. Swayne has assisted SMEs and corporations across all sectors throughout Germany in overcoming difficult business situations or in upcoming strategic changes along the entire functional value chain. Her clients include traditional family businesses as well as DAX-listed corporations.
Ms. Swayne's focus has historically been on filling positions in the areas of finance, HR and operations. Her journey to becoming an experienced executive as a single mother has led her to contribute to filling key positions with female executives, as she sees herself as a credible link and sparring partner for companies and women who are about to take the next step in their careers.
On the corporate side, Ms. Swayne worked for several years at a BIG FOUR auditing firm and a global service company, where she provided HR support for transformation processes and restructuring, among other things
