_TWO PILLARS OF MODERN CORPORATE MANAGEMENT
With great joy and gratitude, we look back on the successful launch of our KEYPLAYER X-CHANGE series, dedicated to the forward-thinking topics of modern corporate management.
Under the title “Diversity and High Performance: Two Pillars of Modern Corporate Management,” our inspiring speakers — Prof. Dr. Isabell Welpe and Janina Kugel — together with panelists Dr. Carla Kriwet, Mirjam Mohr, Fränzi Kühne, Björn Vöhl, Jens Lübberstedt, Monika Dussen, Lena An der Lan, and Falco Weidemeyer, vividly demonstrated how diversity and performance, as key success factors, can drive the sustainable success of companies.
The consistently positive feedback from participants highlights the relevance of this topic for all involved. It has inspired us to launch a comprehensive study in 2025 that will further explore and scientifically substantiate the synergies between diversity and corporate performance.
Our expectations were exceeded in every way. To reflect the enthusiastic feedback, we would like to quote Prof. Dr. Isabell Welpe, who flew in from Harvard just in time and captivated everyone with her keynote: “The best event on this topic that I have attended so far.”
We would like to thank all our KeySpeakers and more than 130 guests — primarily executives and thought leaders from industry and academia — for the engaging, insightful, and truly inspiring discussions throughout the evening. We are already looking forward to the next KEYPLAYER X CHANGE event in 2025!
Said and done.
